As soon as you are done reading this, go to to see The CW's Digital Studio's first web series, Stupid Hype. The live-action series created by and starring Wilson Bethel of The CW's Hart of Dixie, chronicles the (mis)adventures of Hype, who, after a tragic breakdancing accident, becomes a rising rap star in 1990.

The new show is digital in more ways than one: Microsoft is the exclusive sponsor of the series and Microsoft's Windows 8 will be featured in a vignette that airs during Hart of Dixie, showing Bethel using the operating system to write, shoot and edit the series.

The CW Digital Studio (CWD), which was announced earlier this year, will spotlight original content in areas of animation, game shows, comedy and digital personalities. CWD has its own channel on and will also be distributed via the network's Facebook page, episode teasers on and The CW's YouTube channel. Now go and watch.
