Adweek's annual Hot List recognizes the hottest media in print, television, and digital with categories like Best Reason to Stay Home All Day and Best Publication for Getting (or Staying) Rich.
Over one million online voters decided the Hot List Reader Poll, while Adweek itself took the slightly more objective route, analyzing business and advertising data, industry awards, social buzz and the like to measure brand performance and relevance in creating this year's core group of winners.
Numerous Time Warner brands made the Hot List and Reader Poll this year – 12 brands plus one network, to be exact. Some highlights: in the print category, PEOPLE was named Best Magazine for Keeping Up With the Kardashians (ok, I guess we'll take that) and All You won the readers' votes for the Hottest Magazine for Women award. The Ellen DeGeneres Show, from Warner Bros.' Telepictures Productions, won for Best Reason to Stay Home All Day. And in the Hottest Newcomer category, Arrow won readers' votes while Revolution topped Adweek's list.
