WonderCon is back! The annual festival for comic aficionados sets up shop in Anaheim March 31-April 2. There’s a lot for fans to sink their teeth into this year, including screenings, panel discussions and appearances by some of your favorite series stars and creators. Read on for highlights of this annual event.
Friday, delve into the dark mysteries of WBTV’s Riverdale with its cast and producers. Stars KJ Apa, Luke Perry, Lili Reinhart and others will answer questions about the series during a one-hour session that also includes a special video presentation. Riverdale enthusiasts will want to attend the special advanced screening of a new episode Saturday afternoon.
Also Friday, fans of WBTV’s Time After Time will get an early scoop on what’s in store for H.G. Wells and John Stevenson (aka Jack the Ripper) in a screening and Q & A with executive producer Marcos Siega and series stars Josh Bowman, Genesis Rodriguez and Nicole Ari Parker.
Watch the creative process in real time with DC Entertainment’s Jim Lee at 5 p.m. Friday. During this presentation, the comic industry veteran talks about his career while sketching your favorite characters on the big screen.
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment continues its annual WonderCon tradition Friday evening with the world premiere of Teen Titans: The Judas Contract. Stick around afterwards for a panel discussion featuring voice actors Sean Maher, Taissa Farmiga, Jake T. Austin, Brandon Soo Hoo, Kari Wahlgren and Sam Liu, as well as supervising producer James Tucker and character designer Phil Bourassa.
Lucifans won’t want to miss the exclusive look at the mid-season return of Lucifer, followed by a Q & A with cast members Tom Ellis, Lauren German, DB Woodside and executive producers Joe Henderson and Ildy Modrovitch.
Also Sunday is a screening and presentation with the cast and crew of Gotham, who discuss all the shocking moments in store for the remainder of season 3.
