Harry Potter's Animal Co-Stars Invade London
Owls, kittens and toads – oh my! Through June 2, animal actors from the Harry Potter franchise will appear at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter. If you're in the area, and able to buy tickets for the tour, head animal trainer Julie Tottman and her team of animal handlers will be on site throughout the day to answer questions and offer visitors a rare photo opportunity with one of Harry's furry (or feathered) friends. Visitors will be able to go behind-the-scenes to learn how rats and toads, such as those who played Neville Longbottom’s toad Trevor and Ron Weasley’s rat Scabbers, were trained. All in all, more than 250 animal actors were used throughout Warner Bros.' Harry Potter franchise and Animal Actors Week is a glimpse behind the magic.
The unbearably cute Twitter Litter will also be on hand. In the video below, Julie Tottman introduces us to the very special kittens. And you can follow the rest of their training through their weekly video diary on YouTube.
