A big focus of last week's Time Warner Storytellers Summit was cultivating new voices, something that's not just an idea at Time Warner, but an essential part of the company's success. A great example of that strategy is Cartoon Network Studios' Artist Program, which allows artists to experiment in the development of new ideas and groundbreaking content.
"They're not trying to look at what was successful in the past and then repeat it," says Regular Show's J.G. Quintel. "They're looking for things that they think are cool now that have never been done before."
