This weekend, the stars behind the characters of Warner Bros.' original 3D computer-animated story, The LEGO Movie, attended a truly colorful premiere party in Los Angeles.

Directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, The LEGO Movie is the first-ever, full-length theatrical LEGO adventure, starring Chris Pratt, Will Ferrell, Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnett, Nick Offerman and Alison Brie, with Liam Neeson and Morgan Freeman.

During the premiere, guests were invited to play video games, have fun with LEGO tattoo art and play with LEGOs while they enjoyed a selection of treats from In-N-Out Burger, including a dessert station with chocolate fudge and a LEGO candy topping. In other words: everything was awesome.

The Lego Movie premieres in U.S. theaters this Friday, February 7. Until then, browse photos from the premiere below, watch the trailer here and keep the kids (or the kid at heart) entertained by playing the Brick Bust Game online or creating your own SigFig
