Even More Madness in March
Fans that just can’t get enough of college hoops are going to be spending a lot of time with NCAA March Madness Live. Produced by Turner Sports, this awesome app will offer fans more than 150 hours of live basketball with multi-screen access to all 67 games of the 2014 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship beginning in March - and a whole lot more.
Developed in partnership with the NCAA and CBS Sports, NCAA March Madness Live will offer unlimited live streaming coverage across all screens including online, mobile and tablets to pay TV subscribers. Fans will have access to all the games airing live on TNT, TBS and truTV by logging in with their TV service provider information, and all games broadcast on CBS with no registration required.
Enhanced product features will also be available this year including a new bracket layout, redesigned GameCenter, a bracket challenge game and more, with new social features. The app will be available to consumers in March for the first time on the Windows Store, which means it will launch from more platforms than ever before including ncaa.com/marchmadness, CBSSports.com, bleacherreport.com, the App Store and Google Play.
To make it even easier to try out, fans will get a temporary preview period to view live streaming games before being required to login.
Also new this year, NCAA March Madness Live will provide three distinct feeds during the NCAA Final Four® National Semifinals on Saturday, April 5. This will provide unprecedented viewing options for fans – live streaming of the traditional game coverage provided on TBS, along with streams of the team-specific presentations offered via TNT and truTV.
NCAA March Madness Live will be available in March, so get ready to throw down. Face painting not included.
