Yes, you heard right. Today is, in fact, Batman Day. This year marks the 75th anniversary of the Caped Crusader and DC Entertainment is making him even more accessible to fans. Seven hundred and fifty Batman titles are now available for digital download for only $.99 each. This marks the first-of-its-kind offer from DC Entertainment across all digital platforms, which include comiXology, Google Play, iBooks, the Kindle Store and the Nook Store.
Batman Day also happens to coincide with the highly anticipated Comic-Con International: San Diego. This year, Batman has a huge presence with multiple panels and events including an interactive booth featuring costumes from the actors who brought Batman to life and the world premiere screening of Warner Bros. Television’s upcoming show, Gotham.
