Making an Impact at Food Bank for NYC

Did you know more than 2.6 million New Yorkers have difficulty affording food?
Recently, employees partnered with Food Bank For New York City as part of Time Warner's Impact initiative. Volunteering at Shop & Stock at the Community Kitchen & Pantry in West Harlem—which serves over 40,000 pantry clients each month and 400 dinner clients each day—employees stocked food shelves, assisted local senior citizens with shopping the pantry and helped with checkout and bagging groceries. Visitors were able to shop for a variety of items including grains, vegetables, protein, dairy and fruit.
