For the 14th year in a row HBO received more Golden Globe nominations than any other network – 15 in total. True Detective garnered four nominations, while The Normal Heart and Olive Kitteridge each received three. Game of Thrones, Girls, VEEP and Silicon Valley also scored noms. And Clive Owen was nominated for his work as Dr. John Thackery in Cinemax's original series The Knick.
Warner Bros. film and TV received seven Golden Globe nominations, including Best Animated Feature Film for The LEGO Movie and Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Series, Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television for Allison Janney in Mom.
