Creed Sweeps NAACP Image Awards

New Line Cinema’s Creed was honored with four wins at the 47th annual NAACP Image Awards over the weekend.  Director Ryan Coogler won the awards for Outstanding Directing in a Motion Picture, as well as Outstanding Writing in a Motion Picture, shared with co-writer Aaron Covington.  Michael B. Jordan won the award for Outstanding Actor in a Motion Picture, and was also named Entertainer of the Year.  And, Phylicia Rashad received the award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture.
