It's On: TBS Premieres ELEAGUE Tournament

Capping months of anticipation, Friday's the night gaming fans have been waiting for as ELEAGUE marks the debut of eSports on TBS.

The television premiere follows the debut of live streaming ELEAGUE coverage on Twitch this week, where dedicated fans have watched favorite teams like fnatic, Virtus.Pro, Na'Vi, and Luminosity Gaming go head-to-head in a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournament.

The televised, 10-week competitive gaming event includes a six-week regular season (followed by a bye week), a one-week last chance qualifier round, and two weeks of playoffs culminating with the semifinals on Friday, July 29 and Global Championship (best of three match) on Saturday, July 30.

You can get the player point-of-view broadcasts from Twitch, while TBS gives viewers the charged atmosphere and excitement in the arena. With a live audience and unique alternate viewing experiences, TBS' broadcast lets viewers feel physically involved in the gaming action.
