Countdown to The LEGO Batman Movie

8 Feb 2017 - By TW Staff

With only two days until the opening of The LEGO Batman Movie, we know you’re itching for the main event. With that in mind, we’ve created this round up of all the Bat-tastic activities you can do to bide your time until then. Friday will be here before you know it.

Go Behind the Scenes with the Cast & Crew

Allow Bruce Wayne and his roommate to take you on a tour of the most tasteful and insanely extravagant mansion in Gotham City in this special edition of Gotham Cribs. Ponder what kind of a guy has dolphins for pets.

Next, hear from Will Arnett, the voice of LEGO Batman, director Chris McKay and producers Dan Lin, Christopher Miller and Phil Lord, as they discuss the film from London’s LEGO flagship store in this Facebook Live Streaming Event.

Then, go "behind the bricks" with The Joker, Barbara Gordon, and of course, the Dark Knight as they reveal their true selves in this featurette.

See How Your Favorite TV Shows Have Been Lego-fied

Watch what happens when LEGO Batman crashes The Big Bang Theory’s Pasadena pad and commits the ultimate faux pas:

And if you haven’t already noticed, this week’s episodes of Supergirl, The Flash and  DC’s Legends of Tomorrow on The CW have featured a LEGO-inspired end card. Check that out—as well as other LEGO Batman promo spots—during Arrow tonight at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.

Then Get on (and off) Social Media

Have fun with the new LEGO Batman Snapchat lens and then check out LEGO Batman’s Instagram feed (@legobatmanmovie) for photos, video clips and other goodies.

If off-line activities are more your thing, there is plenty of action for you, including LEGO Batman coloring pages downloadable from Pinterest, and a printable LEGO Batman activity book filled with word search games and mazes.

Do all of this while listening to The LEGO Batman Movie Soundtrack, out now from WaterTower Music and featuring the supremely entertaining track “Who’s the Bat (Man)” by Patrick Stump:

If this isn’t enough to tide you over until Friday, then we suggest you head over to the official LEGO Batman Movie website for more videos, games and other diversions. Or just buy your tickets now!
