Make You Matter Week – the week-long, global series dedicated to Turner employees' personal and professional development – officially came to a close on March 9. More than 8,500 employees turned out for more than 300 classes, workshops, keynote speakers, and other special events – from painting (and sipping!) to coding and yoga – all aimed at re-energizing and recharging Turner people around the world.

Several high-profile guest speakers visited our offices in Atlanta and New York, including consumer activist and advocate Erin Brockovich, abduction survivor Elizabeth Smart, psychologist Dr. Guy Winch, and comedian and disability advocate Maysoon Zayid.

The week is not just for Turner employees, but by Turner employees, too. Many of the events, including presentation skills classes and resume writing workshops, were hosted by employees from across the company.

Check out the photo gallery on the Turner Blog for a few of the week’s best highlights, and watch the videos below featuring Betsy Holland, director – Workplace Culture & Engagement, and project lead Ashley Costine, who pull back the curtain back on what it takes to bring this amazingly awesome week together for employees around the globe.
